The project is strategically positioned between the urban scenery of Largo da Batata, the hectic life of Pinheiros and the tranquility of Jardins. Designed to challenge the paradigms of contemporary urban development, the building was conceived as an urban and architectural collage reflecting the neighborhoods that surround it. Divided between Residential apartments, Studios and Commercial spaces, which are expressed through three different facades, the project seeks to maximize the riches, differences and coexistences of the site
The ground floor consists of open and extroverted commercial spaces, multiple residential entrances together with a large common area. Above, the residential and office spaces are closely connected with the city through a quiet outdoor area hovering above the city, offering a panoramic view of the Jardins and Pinheiros neighborhoods.
