When Alex Allard invited us to sign the façade of Phase 1 of Cidade Matarazzo, we were thrilled! Today, our efforts are focused on Phase 2 of this project that will change São Paulo. Every day on the construction site, we perceive the beauty of history and the poetry of the angles of this building.
Our challenge as the architectural arm of Cidade Matarazzo in Phase 2 of the project, focused on commercial and cultural spaces, is to create a perfect fusion between history and contemporaneity, incorporating modern and innovative elements in a way that enhances the rich historical heritage of the site. With extensive experience in restoration and retrofit projects in Europe, we utilize this solid foundation to develop this project. We are aware of the importance of preserving the historical heritage while incorporating modern and innovative elements.
During the construction phase, part of our team was located within the complex to facilitate communication between designers and builders. We combine technical expertise and artistic sensitivity to achieve an extraordinary result. We are dedicated to creating spaces that will showcase the best of Brazilian culture while valuing the history and identity of Cidade Matarazzo.
We are excited about the challenge of transforming this space into an architectural landmark where the past and the present harmoniously meet. We believe that this fusion of the old and the new will bring a unique experience to visitors and contribute to the cultural revitalization of São Paulo.
