The project is strategically positioned between the urban landscape of Largo da Batata, the bustling life of Pinheiros, and the tranquility of Jardim Europa. It was conceived to challenge the paradigms of contemporary urban development in São Paulo, being an urban and architectural collage that reflects the surrounding neighborhoods.

When SPOL was invited to design the Ventura Building, one of our challenges was to combine multiple leisure possibilities both in the studios and in the residential tower. The goal was to create bold and inspiring architecture.

Divided between residential apartments, studios, and commercial spaces, each presented through three different facades, the project seeks to maximize the richness, differences, and coexistence of the location. The ground floor of the development features commercial spaces integrated into the neighborhood’s urban fabric, along with different accesses to the mix of products that compose the tower. They all share a large common area.

The residential spaces are intimately connected to the city through a peaceful outdoor area, suspended above the city, offering a panoramic view of the São Paulo skyline.

The Ventura Building presents a vibrant and stimulating environment; its distinct facades and brises culminate in a dynamic design that translates the essence of life in São Paulo.
