Fiandeiras Apartments

SP Lofts is design is 125 serviced aparments in the central business district in Sao Paulo. The buildings is comprised of a series of stacked boxes referencing the small scale traditional houses of the area. Each unit is one of the collection of stacked cubes. A open ground floor with garden offers a new housing typology to the streets of São Paulo.The design offers a new typology with full serviced apartments with shared facilities such as car- and bikepool, gym, pool, living room, concierge, tool share, laundry. The building becomes a machine for interaction.
