Hotel Aprazível

RIO – CITY OF TOMORROW
Rio is doomed to become a mayor world tourist destination within the next years. It is the “coolest” city in the world.

 “BOUTIQUE HOTEL”

  • In 1984 opened Ian Scahrager opened the Morgans and in 1988 the Royalton in New York – the first true “boutique” hotels
  • In 1990 Claus Sendlinger starts “Travel Trends” later to become “Designhotels.com”
  • In 1997 Berry Stern opens the  first Double W hotel in New York
  • In 2011 Ian Schrager, “The inventor of the design hotel” declares the design hotel dead
  • In 2014 all new hotels are “boutique” / “design” / “collection”
  • In 2016 the new hotel is the …?

EXPERIENCE HOTEL
We travel to find the unique. To find the true experiences, the essence of the place. We dont want conformity, we want specificity, we want experiences.  The hotel of tomorrow is the Experience hotel. The concept Hotel.

The Experience Hotel.

APRAZIVEL HOTEL
Hotel Aprazivel – the hotel of choice for the city of tomorrow. A redefinition of the urban resort. Secluded, yet with immediate proximity to the city centre and the new vibrant parts of the city.

The hotel Aprazivel is a landscape experience. All buildings and rooms are defined by their unique relationship to and integration of and in the landscape. Each room is characterized by its unique relation to the landscape, a garden, a patio, a view or a lavish terrace. A room in the garden. A garden in your room.

Hotel Aprazivel is a collection of unique pieces of architectures and unique experiences in the landscape. Uniquely Brazilian. Diverse and rich in expression and architecture. Enjoying heritage while embracing the future.

It is not a hotel with a garden; It’s a Botanical garden for you to live in.

We are providing a SPOT in the garden rather than a room in a hotel. “It is not a room, it is a SPOT“
