At a former industrial site in São Paulo, Votorantim wants to partially transform an area of almost 150,000m2. The project consists of the master plan and reprogramming of three large warehouses of a total area of 30,000m2. In addition to the transformation of warehouses, the project also includes the design of public spaces and landscapes, where an internal and an external passage create new cross connections through the site. SPOL has designed all public spaces including the landscape design. The first phase consists of the transformation of a 10,000m2 industrial hall into co-working offices. Phase two will consist of the transformation of the remaining industrial warehouses into an event hall and a museum.
